Hi, could someone please help me understand the results of the genomic analysis of my dad? We have appointment with the oncologist next week, but until then any insight is greatly appreciated. Thank you so much.

It says there are no treatments based on his genomic profile. That is usually the case.

Hi Allen, do you know if it is at least a good thing that the tumor burden is low and MSI is stable?

Yes, it is a good thing in terms of progression. However there are good treatments if MSI is high.

You could discuss about Keytruda or similar since the tumor PDL-1 was detected which makes the tumor evade the immune system. Keytruda or similar will block the PDL-1. If the PDl-1 burden is only 2% most probable these drugs will not help.
