The cost will vary based on the insurance company you use for your Part D coverage. You can look up the cost in the formulary your insurance company provided when you signed you for Part D. Or you could go onto the Medicare web site and use the tool they provide to find the cost of Erleada from multiple insurers. I did that and it looks like the 1st month would be pretty steep but after that you would be in the catastrophic phase and then it would cost about $765 a month. The 1st month would be somewhere between $4000+.
