advanced prostate cancer

I have been following this group for about a year! Thank you for all the information. I don’t have my husband pathology report in front of me! I do know that we have a Gleason 8 and 11/12 cores positive for cancer. Psa was 6.7

Prostate cancer escaped his capsule to some lymph nodes I believe 2 has not spread to bones or other organs! Began adt in feb 22 then whole pelvic radiation in may of 22. 39 sessions . Zytiga started 6 weeks ago and still on adt! PCA continues to go down!

I use Dr Eugene Kwon at Mayo. I found Mayo Clinic to be more aggressive in treating my PC than Cleveland Clinic.

I went the academia and research route at a major medical school in 2004 and have not looked back. Good luck.
