I know this is a long shot, but wondering if anyone else is taking part in this clinical trial: Study of JNJ-78278343, a T-Cell-Redirecting Agent Targeting Human Kallikrein 2 (KLK2), for Advanced Prostate Cancer. My oncologist is recommending as next steps.

Here’s a link to an article I remember from several years ago:

mskcc.org/news/precision-st...

My takeaway is that this is promising because when you give cells hk2 they want more, so they become addicted to what kills them. This article is about using it as a radioligand, not a T-cell engages like your trial.

Are you still curable? What was your last PSA and did you have a psma pet scan recently?

I would also include a link to that clinical trial if you want us to comment.

I would first make a priority to cure myself if it is still possible.

Why did you do the FDG pet scan? (I also did but it was not really recommended by my oncologist) was the fdg recommended to you because your PSA is low?
