Live your positive outlook despite your treatment status. I pray that you will be around us for many more years together fighting this beast. I have a couple of questions.

I am surprised that with a DX of G7 your primary treatment was ADT instead of the typical removal or radiation followed by ADT. Why?

Second, have you had DNA mutation test by to determine if you have BRCA or HER markers? These will tell you if PARP inhibitors may help your PFS. Keep fighting.

Mahalo nui loa Brother. Mostly GL 4+3 and a few GL 8 Had Mets to L Ureter lymph nodes and that caused kidney atrophyThey did MRI guided biopsy looking for mutations, no word yet
