Got a new xtandi prescription yesterday from the manufacturer. This pill is a small round orange tablet. The xtandi I’ve been taking for 73 months was a long white oval shape that says ENG on it.
What does the xtandi you take look like?

I take 4 medium sized orange tablets every day. 40mg each. Very pleased to be able to take them. Only "complaint" is, why can't they do one tablet of 160mg? It would make life much easier
Same for me. 4 medium sized 40mg tablets every evening.
My pills are the long cloud white smooth, capsule but I looked at the manufacturer and they have several different colors and sizes of both pills and capsules. How do you happen to be buying from the manufacturer? Do you get them at a lesser cost? Mine are costing me at 120 mg a day about $10,000 a year maybe $8,000. Due to my income I can't seem to qualify for any help. I would appreciate knowing that thank you very much in advance.
I take 4 medium orange tablets a day, doesn’t cost me anything.
4 medium sized orange round 40mg tablets per day. Funded by NHS (e.g. tax payers like me!)
interesting, script coming Tuesday will see what’s on my door when I get home
Yeah mine are 4 medium sized orange pills i get from NHS, i hate taking meds, so really feel for you guys that have to pay stupid amounts of money for them, it's not right !
Hello, the Xtandi I take are four orange tablet pills. I was given a 14 day free trial early on in my dx, they were the white capsules. I get mine at no cost from manufacturer/ pharmacy. (I have qualified so far.) Thanks. Keith
They changed to the orange tabs about a year or so ago, the tabs have a longer expiration date and are less sensitive to high temperatures. I’ve been taking Xtandi for close to 9 years now.

Wow 9 years that is awesome. Are you still taking the full 4 dose or have you dropped down any? Asking as my husband is on xtandi and we want it to last as long as possible.
My MO, Dr. Sartor cut the dose back to 80 mg about 3 years ago, the side effects seem to be cumulative and became troubling. The half dose didn’t eliminate but definitely alleviated some of them. After being undetectable for about seven years I became detectable again although my PSA remains extremely low, I’m hoping that the SBRT to a suspicious area on one of my ribs will get it back to undetectable again.

Thank you for your response. That is very encouraging and long may it continue.
Mine are the white jelly bean size caplets. Been the same for seven years. Provider is Centerwell Pharmacy required online provider through Humana Advantage plan Medicare. I will see my oncologist in four weeks and ask about the change. My most recent monthly supply came this week and the charge is 14,500$ of which I pay 100$. I might mention this distressing cost to my oncologist but he works for Johnson and Johnson cancer research as well as his clinical duties. I guess he knows the score here better than I do.
Mine come in a foam pack shipping container with a chill-pak during warm months. March was the first chill pak delivery since last autumn. Heat sensitive protection.
2 caplets that equal 4 of the larger
Mine are orange oval shaped 80 mg each ... I take 2 together before bed for full 160mg dose
Don't take the pink ones..... they're for reducing penis size.............(I know I had to take loads of them, and they work)
Good Luck, Good Health and Good Humor.
