I started taking xtandi June 13th this year. My PSA was 1.09 it’s 0.25 now. This slow drop have any meaning on how long xtandi will work or is this just an average decline. I also got a great Christmas present, qualified for xtandi at no cost next year. Happy New Year to all.

Been on Xtandi for over 3 years. Slow drop is supposed to be better than fast drop. I have leveled out with a range of .3 to .4 which, statistically speaking, is insignificant. Cancer remains in jail and sleeping. Just enjoy the Xtandi and live your life with it.

Hello,. I started Xtandi on June 1, 2022, my PSA was .08. I had finished chemo Dec 2021. Different Dr's have told me a slower response is better. (No sure, how do we know?) by July my PSA was .01 and Oct it was less than .01. I get it checked in Jan and also get my 3 month lupron injection. I am trusting and praying to the Lord that is stays down for a long time. So far I have qualified for xtandi at no cost also. Just my experience. Happy New Year to all.

that’s great that you don’t have to pay the $16,000 per month for this med. no one ever knows how long you will be on a med but I’ve been on it now for just over 6 years. Never give in warrior 🙏🙏🙏
