Triton Study is good news, but it's mono-therapy comparison is not necessarily what's being done now. With trials like PROPEL using multi modality therapies, ie, the PARP Inhibitor in addition to ADT AND an ARSI... The results are more compelling. I find it concerning here in Triton that basically one third of patients required at least one blood transfusion... I don't remember that number being so high with Olaparib. All good stuff to ponder of course. Thanks for posting!

My BRCA2 mutation, after being on Olaparib for 2 years, became wild type and no longer actionable.
