Zofigo

I finished my last dose of Xofigo in late December. My most recent bloodwork shows me being slightly anemic ( hemoglobin 10.90) RBC 3.81 and crit 33.6

Any idea how long it takes to rebound from the Xofigo, if it's the reason?
