Did you stop ADT? The rise in testosterone could explain the small rise in PSA.

No changes. Due for quarterly Lupron Tuesday. Abiraterone and prednisone daily. Diet, exercise better than recommendations. Feeling fine but very disappointed

This is a tiny change in PSA, my guess is that it's because of the increase in testosterone. I had this happen a couple times although bigger PSA increases. If it goes above 2, you can consider your PSA doubling time (not before that). Your PSA may be rising slowly enough that you don't have to do anything different although you'll likely need to stay on ADT. At some point if it keeps going up you can see if there's actual radiographic progression and make a decision about the next step. In the meantime, try to relax and enjoy your life instead of getting too much into Prostate Specific Anxiety.

Lupron must be mixed prior to injection (drugs.com/dosage/lupron-dep...

I'm wondering if your last shot didn't have all the microspheres in suspension.

My situation is more pronounced but I have been on Lupron & Erleada for 6 months & the last 3 months, between PSA checks, it went from 0.1 to 0.6. My MO was concerned so called for a PSMA PET Scan & it showed resolution of my previous mets. but a few new ones. Unfortunately, I am probably going resistant but will meet with MO next week to see if I need a change of treatment.

Your PSA's are too low to show up on the latest PET Scan but at 0.4 (I know this from experience) they will start to show. So, from my experience I wouldn't let your PSA go beyond that! Obviously, it is your MO's call & mine was right to order a scan.

Best of luck!

PSA and Testosterone up some as mentioned in prior post. MO ordered AR-V7 blood test and PET scan. Presuming Castrate resistant after 18 months on ADT with abiraterone and prednisone. Yikes !
