I read a member mention a clinic in Mexico providing LU177 treatment. I was unable to locate the post. If anyone has this info, would be much obliged. Thanks and best wishes to all.

LU treatment in Mexico
Steel 67, I see you are here in US. I guess you are aware that LU-177 is fda appvd here in US? It is called Pluvicto, but insurance will pay. Would you still want to travel to Mexico? Mike
I thought you have to fail Chemo before you can be considered for Pluvitco? Maybe I’m mistaken? Thank you Spyder
Failing chemo doesn’t mean you need to receive a full course of treatment. One cycle, didn’t tolerate it, that’s a failed chemo, according to our MO. My 81 yr old brother was going to receive 1 at reduced dose so he would be eligible. He didn’t have many side effects so he chose to keep going. He ultimately had 5 cycles before moving on to Pluvicto.
I am Norwegian, Pluvicto will not be approved in Norway - the best option is then in New Dehli. 5500 USD pr treatment. Two other reasons; I can have the acPSMA lu PSMA combo and I am chemo-naive, better results apparently. It seems that after chemo the survived cells have reinforced the Cell membrane structure and upgraded the cell efflux pumps - there throwing out the drugs so to speak. I know there is cross resistance between Olaparib and Docetaxel because of this mecanism.
I saw this searching Internet. Mentions Lutetium

My husband had chemo (docetaxel) in Oaxaca, Mex, after his 9 treatments, he was referred to a RO there as well. He told us that the only place in Mexico to receive Radium 223 or Xofigo was in Mexico City and each treatment would cost approximately $5000 (US)
