This was inspired by a reply to a post I did on benefits of exercise by Wagscure259

Worth a try as the benefits look to be substantial especially for cancer patents.

Thanks for sharing. Good information for my husband who has bone mets and is unable to do weight bearing exercise

Now you are encouraged to breathe through your nose while doing these and work your way up to 20 repetitions as tolerated. I have repeatedly asked Dr Bush and Joseph Mercola who promotes these exercise to provide any studies specifically measuring nitric oxide level production. However, for those compromised it does provide a quick total body exercise program which can be performed 3xday by most people where you are advised to wait at least 2 hours between sessions to allow for nitric oxide levels to be restored
