Does Lu help with bone pain? If so, about how long after would you feel some relief?

Yes it does relieve bone pain in many cases. Here's an article about that:

I got pain relief within days after my chemotherapy infusion and I read that LU-177 is actually better at relieving pain than chemotherapy.

Thad had a strong pain reaction for about the first week but then it got better.

I did not expect it, but deep, gnawing pain from left hip to left knee just disappeared about one week after my first dosing of Lu177. It has not returned in the 2 months since.
