Hi all ! - Is anybody being treated with Pluvicto - especially in the UK - Would you please be kind and identify how it’s going - side effects - efficacy - incidentally I am on full strength enzalutimide - just finished year 1 - is anybody experiencing teeth grinding / clamping ? - have heavy sweats sometimes to ! - hope we are all as well as can be expected - hope these human trials prove successful kindest Raoul

I recently had my third infusion (in US). On the first and third ones, I experienced nausea about six hours after infusion, lasting thru the following day. This is apparently not that common.

More common is minor fatigue for about a week after. Not really a problem, even though noticeable for me. My perspective is, this is a very mild side effect profile (assuming one is in relatively good health).

Efficacy still up in the air, for me.

Hi are you saying Lutetium 177 is not working for you, have not said what your results are.

Hi please see my husbands profile diagnosed in 2008 with met in his hip PSA 64. It’s been a long road, but Abiraterone gave 6 good years until toxic to Liver. RT 2019, rising PSA in 2021 PSMA PET Scan showed widespread bone mets. Opted to have Lu privately. After 4th Lu result was good but only partial success so Consultant advised 5th/6th treatments next this Thursday. PSA 3 after 4th treatment initially was 10.4. Fatigue is the only side effect, nothing like chemo. Has Proctitis after RT manageable but does interfere with daily life. told not eligible for Enzalutimide, but will push again if Lu fails, also looking for a trial. Hope this helps your decision
