Can eat a grassfed beef liver while in the process of Docetaxel chemo?

86-year-old advanced prostate dx in 2018, Tried Zytiga, EBRT, Xtandi, Elreda and Nubeqa.

Started Docetaxel chemo last July 12/22 and 2nd time is in progress.

His blood works is relatively low but within the limit.

Can he eat the liver?

I have never heard of any food restrictions.

The only food restriction I am aware of is Grapefruit.
