Well, it's been a crazy 4 years, I remember when I first posted on here. I think membership was under 3K here I think it is like 16k now
I believe my treatment options are running out. I had my 3rd channel TURP on 9/21/2021 and put on Nebuqa due to a reaction to docetaxel. Fast forward 11 months I've had to have another channel TURP, the pathology report was back as more cancer growing
I have no idea what next.
Has anyone else failed Nubequa?

I have been on Nubeqa for about a year, and it is starting to fail, with PSA increasing a little each blood draw. I hate to see it starting to fail because the side effects were far less than other ADT drugs. Also I am castrate resistant and metastatic, so I have been using it in a way that is not "approved".
If you do not tolerate chemo, discuss applying to a clinical trial with Lu 177 PSMA, which is a systemic treatment (it will treat bone, lymph nodes and visceral metastases) and it has shown to prolong life.:
It appears that I am failing darolutamide whilst PSA remains low having risen from undetectable to .16 over past 6 months. Plan next is PSMA scan when PSA rises and then possibly radiate if oligometastatic Or trial of Lu-177 at MSK. I am chemo naïve.
