Anybody has testicle pain ?

I am on ADT and Apalutamide for 1 year and lately I have some discomfort in my testicles. It is not a sharp pain, feels more like they are full .Since there is hardly any testosterone they should not be full right ? Pre cancer days I would masturbate for a relief but since I lost all my libido I have zero desire to do that. .Also I have constant gas and the only relief I get is from farting ! Any similar experiences or suggestions ??

Yes- my testicular pain along with my breast tenderness both eventually disappeared although I can't remember how long it took for them to do so. My hot flashed also diminished in frequency.

My testicle pain turned out to be an inguinal hernia. Surgery fixed that.
