I know the half-life is 5.8 days +/-. But at what point does it get effectively low enough to say it is clinically ineffective?
I ask this, because I am starting with BAT after the Xtandi washes out. Since Xtandi blocks T from the cell membrane, I don't want to defeat the purpose of the HiT, lol.

But down in Tulane dr sarte is combining xtandi and Pluvicto. Something about the xtandi expresses the psma for the pluvicto to kill. Where are you getting the pluvicto?
My husband's doctor said a washout period of 2 weeks (minimum) to 4 weeks is preferred. He went with 3 weeks mainly for scheduling purposes before he started his second round of BAT.
He had 10 high T injections until PSA spiked during his first round of BAT in 2021, then he went back on Xtandi for 8 months. He then started a second round of BAT and just had his 2nd high T injection last week.
