A Simple Test To Determine If You Are Ready For A Nursing Home

During a visit to my doctor, I asked him, "How do you determine whether or not an older person should be put in a Nursing Home?"

"Well," he said, "we fill up a bathtub, then we offer a teaspoon, a teacup and a bucket to the person to empty the bathtub."

"Oh, I understand," I said. "A person with good cognitive ability would use the bucket because it is bigger than the spoon or the teacup."

"No" he said. "A normal person would pull the plug. Do you want a bed near a window?"

Здравствуйте Rusland,

Great to hear from you again! How are you doing since we last communicated? I hope you are keeping this monster under control without much therapy/meds or difficulty.

Natalie and I are surviving; however, we don't spend very much time together since she is inundated with her law studies.

I agree that 'laughter is a desirable medicine'!

Natalie and I thank you for the "Greetings and Best Wishes".

We sure would love to meet you if you ever make it to SE Asia!

Our best to you and your family,

R&N

Mike,

I just read your bio and it appears that you have really done your research! My RP which was performed 18 years ago preceded much of what we know now about treating PCa. The procedure was uneventful; however, the cancer returned some years later and I have been incontinent for about six years. Other than that, the tE2 gel has been doing a great job of keeping the cancer sleeping for over four years.

Hoping that your success with your treatments continues!

Ron
