Is the chat access broken?

At the top of the page where it shown the icons for My Feed, My hub, Chat and Alerts, I can see that there is a message waiting for me in the chat.

But when I click on the chat icon, instead of bringing me to my chat message, it is just looping continuously on healthunlocked.com/messages and nothing displays aside from a loading icon.

It the chat system malfunctionning for everyone or am I a special case?

To whoever wrote me, I am not ignoring you. I just cannot see your message

I noticed just now that the same thing is impacting my alerts. While I see a list of alerts, if I click on one of them, the page healthunlocked.com/notifica... just loops on itself.

To clarify, Alerts only loops on itself, at least in my case, if I choose View All notifications.

And I've tried with two different browsers (Chrome and Edge) in case there was an issue with my browser

Darryl knows about it. He left a message saying to contact support@healthunlocked.com. I just emailed it. I'm sure it's systemwide, so no need for anyone else to message them.

I'm experiencing that problem too and have sent a message to Technical Support but as yet no joy!

I have the same problem. I notified HU as well and they say they are working on it. Since you above have the same problem I suspect they will make it a priority. Or they should. I will keep sending complaints until they fix it.
