My father took a Foundation One ct-DNA test that failed (he has to redo it) and they had asked if he had done any transplants. He has not, but the question worried him, does anyone know why they ask that?

Probably just a routine question - they have to account for any foreign DNA they may find.

What type of insurance does he have? What did they require to pay for the tests?
