Firmagon costs

I'm on traditional Medicare and will be going on Firmagon. What costs can I expect -- co-pays/co-insurance for the drug, co-pays/co-insurance for administering the drug, doctor office visits?

Thanks!

Covered by Part B. It's an injection given in the doctor's office.

Covered by part B. But you still have to pay 20% unless you have supplemental insurance
