Synchronous or metachronous after HIFU as primary treatment?

I was reading the APC conference 2021 consensus questions and re above was uncertain where I fitted when I was diagnosed as advanced as I hadn’t had either radical treatment ( no RP or RT) but was originally diagnosed with it contained.

I will ask my various oncos the same question but wondered if anyone could help here?

You are metachronous polymetastatic. De novo refers to newly diagnosed. Metachronous means more metastases appeared over time. Synchronous means the metastases were discovered all at once.
