spa after radiation?

I am 2/3 done with my pelvic and para aortic radiation---psa when form 20 to 15 whole on Zytiga and orgovyx--- I have BRAC2 -while every case is different what should I expect spa to do going forward?

Typically PSA will continue to drop for a couple of months after completion of radiation.. With it all ready dropping yours looks good...

PSA should drop- radiation is killing off the tumors that are responsible for most of your PSA. When it rises, consider Lynparza.

Thanks a lot for this---is there any evidence Lynparza should be given before PSA rises in attempt to get ahead of resistance before it starts---? thanks
