Welcome back! I’ve been wondering where you were and hoping for the best. So sorry to hear about your friend. But glad to hear you’re still on a relatively even keel. ADT takes a toll, but it beats the alternative. Please keep in touch, Bodysculture. 🙂
Sorry to hear about your friend. Working out 5 days a week and seeing huge gains. My MO unoficially approved the use of Ostarine. It helps with T supression as a bonus, or vice versa
You were missed. So sorry for the loss of your friend. God heard your prayers but as you know we live in “fallen” bodies as evidenced by our own disease states. I often say that as the “world” is coming at us Christ is working in and through us. Just keep working out through your plateau and maybe change things up a bit and avoid certain exercises which stress the spine ( I’ve had to significantly modify my workout with a history of significant spinal disc disease) . The benefits of weight training in my more than 9 year history on ADT have been enormous. You got this big fella!
