Good morning all

During treatment with LU177PSMA, do metastases which express PSMA and which are not visible by conventional methods disappear?

I need your experiences

There are patients who respond very well to the Lu177 therapy and other patients who do not. Some mets shrink after the first cycle and disappear after the second. But you cannot expect that the Lu177 therapy will clear all mets that express PSMA. In this case you would belong into the "excellent responder" group.

They did in my case, with only one treatment in 2016 They were lymph nodes metastases. I remained on ADT . I had 5 PSMA PET/CTs (last one was done last week) and they are still PSMA negative after 5 1/2 years.
