New Research on DIM

I've heard of this before but it was in the news again yesterday... DIM was recommended to me by a non cancerous friend who only knows of the nutritional side and nothing of any potential interactions or cancer related side effects... So what do you all know about DIM? It certainly is cheap enough to not worry about the cost. here is a link to the latest article... studyfinds.org/broccoli-com...

There are many fans of this stuff here, and for broccoli sprouts and for indole 3 carbinol.

Thanks for the reply... I do know about the broccoli sprouts, I've been growing my own for a year or so now. I was only concerned due to the woman who originally told me about it saying it works for her on estrogen related female issues... I know our cancer is not directly related to estrogen, like it is testosterone, but I do not know much about how much estrogen is left after ADT, etc. Sounds like it is safe to use then!!
