Hope you're Well!As I'm sure you're all well aware BR DIM has been fairly well studied ,with quite a few promising clinical trials.
I just had a few questions, I noticed it has vitamin E and Phosphatidylcholine as part of its absorptionc/bioavailability complex.
Both of these ingredients are known to exacerbate pca in some instances. I'm aware that these ingredients enhance bioavailability , but I'm interested to know what people think (given these ingredients are technically risk factors)
Has anybody used LEs optimised brocolli DIM supplement with any success? Also does anybody here favour I3C over DIM ? ( I know Patrick has made some fantastic posts on this already and I've read them, but just interested to pick your brains)
