If I could only put my back into it.

Two weeks about completing IMRT with boosts and four months into a six month Lupron injection, my CBC and Metabolic Panel were all normal and my T level is <3. Bladder frequency is calming down to once a night. I have developed some back pain that generally spans the area of the notorious "tramp stamp," but I don't know what to make of it and if it could be radiation related. Now that more of my day is free, can't wait to get back to exploring bike trails.

Get back on the bike and see how you feel. Moving is good. I still wonder every time my body feels discomfort if it is PC, and I feel pings and pains all over my body. I know for sure that when I have gas, which my diet produces a lot of, I feel it far stronger than I did pre IMRT. That said I sleep through the night and in general feel good especially when I keep up my riding.

I started exploring AllTrails last year with my son. Hope we can continue. When a fart floats in the woods, trees see it as a gift.

A derogatory term usually applied to women, referring to a tattoo on the lower back.

...or a term of endearment that celebrates a rite of passage during an early time in life when one is master of their fate and can pick and choose how to celebrate their body before the medical community decides what badges one wears. Let's call it the Age of Pre-liniment.

Strengthen your core muscles and stretch or yoga for the back. Good results come very quickly with only a short daily routine. Well worth it!

The symptom pattern you listed is consistent with Piriformis Syndrome as described by Dr Travell. Well worth looking into treatments of self help as well as myofascial therapists

Sounds lgood . I rode a bike to and from the center where I got IMRT tratments , I think is it was 15K a day once I got off the train . Rode from my house to the train station too. Been going to the gym and claisthetics now for 2 months. I I finished my tratments 1 week ago and closer to normal as far as pains and bpwel movements go. Enjoy your bike trails . thanks for posting .
