PSA rising - Dec/21

My father went back to do all the usual scans and blood tests.

This time the news is not so exciting.

He had an increase in PSA (first 4 and now 9), and a small metastasis in the lymph nodes in the chest area was detected.

Doctors will meet to decide the next step to take.

Also, he had an appointment for genetic testing. We don't know the results, yet.

Anyway, my father has no complaints, he continues as if he has no disease, living a normal life.

Any thoughts?

Happy Christmas to everyone.

If the genetic test comes back BRCA2+ he should discuss going on to a PARP drug like Olaparib.
