Chemo: need suggestions

Hello everyone

My father has taken 2 rounds of docetaxel chemo.He feels very fatigued and his hb level is 8.0 while RBC is 2.82.

Chemo has already been delayed by about a month.

However my father still feels very weak and is not ready to do another round of chemo. The hb and rbc has been consistently decreasing although platelets and wbc are in normal range.

ALP has decreased from 1670 to 475 after chemo

What options do we have if he does not do any more chemo?

Have you looked into APCEDEN immunotherapy?

yes I know about it.Would it be wise to rechallenge abiraterone or start enzalutamide till the time we figure out what should be done next?

Perhaps they could a biopsy of the mets to do IHC, genetic and histological studies to look for mutations which could be treated with olaparib, rucaparib, keytruda or similar and determine i f the cancer is evolving to neuroendocrine PC cancer.
