Reading a PSMA Pet Pyl Scan:Second Opinions?

Many of us send our pathology slides to Epsteins lab at Johns Hopkins for a second opinion.

Is there a recommended place to send our psma pet scans to get a second opinion?

I recently had a psma pet (i am now at 0.3 after ralp, salvage to prostate bed and 7 months of adt) but they didnt see anything and was wondering if people send out their scans for second opinions.

You could also consult with some radiologist at the Sloan Kettering in NY, Stanford, UCSF, City of Hope, Yale, Moffit since they were part of the trial of Pylarify..

I too am in the same situation.

RRP,SRT to bed with 9 months ADT.

Had PSMA Ply when PSA was 0.290. Nothing came out.

Started using Estrogen gel about six months back and now the PSA <0.008.

No side effects like ADT. Just little boobs.

Surely someone is using AI to collate all the results from scans to make it easier to compare your scan with.
