Could garlic stop brain fog?

the brain fog lifted after 2 meals with garlic.

Is there a chemical reason?

Interesting that the guv agencies using acronyms are posting this info about an herb.

This came into my email this morning at 0130 hours. You posted in response to this question yesterday! I always get Male Care's HU emails a day after everyone has discussed the topics. It is like going to a store that is selling yesterday's paper!

Garlic has strong anti oxidant and anti inflammatory effect....these qualities of Garlic prevent inflammation in nerve cells ..helping keeping them alive and healthy longer. Garlic and other allicin containing bulbs act as senolytics (anti ageing substances)Garlic also lowers high cholesterol..A German study concludes that regular Garlic use can drop bad cholesterol (LDL) by about 7%.
