Hi, I may be starting on a clinical trial (NCT04663997) and there are a few terms I'm not familiar with. Here's a few secondary outcome measures.

Progression-free survival rate at 6 months defined by PCWG 3 [ Time Frame: 6 months ]

Progression-free survival rate at 6 months defined by RECIST 1.1 [ Time Frame: 6 months ]

Second rPFS in patients who meet the criteria for rPFS and cross over to the alternate therapy [ Time Frame: 3 years ]

Anyone have details on these terms? Thanks.

PCWG3: ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articl...

RECIST 1.1: ctep.cancer.gov/protocolDev...

rPFS = radiographic progression-free survival = they will check imaging (MRI, CT, Bone scan, or PET scan) to see if there are new metastases or larger ones.
