Viagra

Saturday is my Hubbies birthday and he would like to celebrate by having sex? I have not had an erection since starting ADT. I was not impotent before ADT. Is there any chance that Viagra might work?

Viagra requires libido to work. You may be better off with trimix, which does not require libido.

What is Trimix and where do I get it ? Is it prescription?

Prescription made up by a compounding pharmacist. Your urologist will instruct you how to inject it into your penis.

I’ve had some luck with viagra. My urologist has me on a daily maintenance dose of 40 mg of sildenafil (generic viagra). I can then bump up the dosage when needed. I can achieve an erection. It’s not a great erection compared to pre-ADT days but it’s good enough to get the job done. I even have the occasional morning erection.

BiMix or TriMix will work, but it is unlikely you will get it by Saturday. As many of us have learned, you don't need an erection to have either sex or orgasm. I hope it is a good birthday.

Mouth, hands, anus, lube, toys and passion.

Viagra has worked for me and I am on ADT for 10 months...single digit T level. Mind over matter? BTW. There are many ways to be sexual ;)

I was able to have sex while on Lupron. As Tall_Allen said, it does require libido and Viagra does not stimulate libido, it merely increases blood flow. If there's no interest in sex (i.e., no libido), the blood flow does not go to the penis.

Nevertheless, libido is a partly psychological phenomenon and it can be stimulated even without testosterone. When I was on Lupron I had no interest in sex, zero. If my wife attempted to stimulate me by manual and oral means, that had no effect. However, if I tried to stimulate her by manual and oral means, she got excited. THAT got me excited and I got an erection and completed sex in the usual way.

This may or may not work for you and your partner, but from reading this forum I have learned that I'm not the only man who had this experience. Don't give up without both of you trying it.

Good luck.

I can get sort of an erection with some viagra and some whiskey. It’s good enough to to keep her somewhat happy and there’s other ways to keep her happy. Rock on!!

Take the pill & believe 🚀

Happy birthday to hubby. Try it! Good luck . 🍀❤️love overcomes all . Don’t hate self or each other if it doesn’t happen.Intimacy Heals the heart .Sex , although wonderful , is only one way to express love . If we are unable to have sex ( for any reason) then It really doesn’t matter anymore ..I hope this isn’t your case. I’d say it is the case for about 99% of us on adt.. I’m on adt over six yrs I did the orch in 2017 and I have nightwood each and every night for many years. My body however is looking like a stick man . I don’t feel good. This translates to no attraction from my sexy wife. I hope some day she will come to my side .. Good luck brother. Many a man is tortured by no more libido … I hated myself for the two years I had a foley and tubes out of my back. Somehow I pulled through? It was unconditional love . If you have that . Then no sex doesn’t matter . Be well .

How do you inject anything into a limp penis? Please no step by step instructions from anyone. And absolutely no pictures. Enjoy.

I had urologist show me how to do an injection once. I didn't like it, but he told some men do, I just wasn't one of them, LOL.

HUBBY wants sex, YOU can't get an erection? I'm thoroughly confused
