I’ve been on enzalutamide for 8 years. Diagnosed in 2012. I take desimpramine antidepressant. There is a study somewhere showing imipramine slows down PCa. Desimpramine has a similar effect with fewer side effects. Other antidepressants like Zoloft do this too. I was in a clinical trial at NIH. I have to take lupron too. I took supplements eventually reduced it to zyflamend whole body. There was a study done at Washington u that indicates an improvement with zyflamend. There are programs where u can get Xtandi depending on income level . Anyway I’m 10 years out. At diagnosis I was; psa 31, stage M1, Gleason 9, doubling time 5 months. 3 bone Mets, 2 on spine and one on sternum. I had bud in tree on right lung. All these anomalies have shrunk. I’ve been consistent on Xtandi. There are side effects. I also took aspirin, but cut this way down after a year . I’m not giving you medical advice. This approach may not work for you, just letting you know my experience.
