Hi Nirman. I have two infusions of LU177. My first infusion reduced PSA from 50 to 3.6 and second to .56. The infusion is a very straight procedure and the only side effect was that food taste like metal for about 4-5 days. Spicy food offset the metal taste. I had no side effects with the second infusion. I had to stay away from my wife, pregant women and children for 7 days. I pray that your father has a good result.

No problem with spicy food in India! May go back after 4+ years using dendritic cell therapy. Still good but having been off of it for a few months due to COVID vaccines showed me it’s still there. Went from zero back to .06 after a few months. Dr. Shinsita did tell me I am a great candidate for this. I am at around 7 years for now. They have been doing it for a few years now along with Ac225. Considering I started 7 years ago now with a PSA of 212, and Gleason of 9 it’s pretty hard to complain. We know it’s kind of hard to complain after spending 40 days in there for COVID and not but it did show it’s still there. I was off of all the other things too, Keytruda, Zytiga, and etc but it did work.

Hi Mirman,

Best wishes to your father. He is in great hands with Dr. Sen at Fortis. I was there in March for my first treatment and then in May for a second infusion. I had brief side effects of slightly dry mouth, dry eyes but it resolved after a week. I ate lots of Sour Patch candies to keep the salivary glands stimulated. My cancer responded well to the treatment. All tumors in the prostate and lymph glands are no longer visible on scans and my PSA went from 17 to 2.9. Hope your dad an equal or better treatment success.
