Mets to Parotid Gland

Has anybody had an issue with a Parotid nodule? My PET Scan showed an uptake of an 8mm nodule and we are now looking at an FNA of the Nodule. I have been told it is very rare to have Mets to this but not unheard of. I have only had Mets to lungs and Lymphnods. PSA is still holding at 0.05 so I'm rather unsure as to what to expect. Thanks.

It's not a PSMA PET, right?

Mets to the parotid may be rare, but primary tumors of the parotid are not. Most of them are benign.

I had to google this? Sounds bad . I hope it’s not pc?
