Enzalutamide failing for me now... too bad the drugs they are dreaming of developing won't be available soon enough for me... Research will continue and in 10 years Xtandi may last many years in treatment. Just hope for those who follow.....

BAT can restore enzalutamide response in many if you are appropriate for that. Docetaxel chemo also, to some degree.

One more piece in the puzzle. This piece buys us more time. More time for some of the latest immuno therapies that are finally working to make it thru Phase III Trials keeping us alive for that day.

No such luck there. Just got test results back showing complete mutation load of 0.48% from my CTC and no actionable mutations. Just regular un-mutated aPca that has learned to like enzalutamide environment.

Most anything is worth a try when options start to thin out.

Shooter, you should listen to the BAT suggestion from Mateo Beach and Nalakrats above. Those dudes are some of the smartest here, and both have strong medical backgrounds. Extend your fishing license for another 5 years 🍾👍
