Managed to do 64 miles in May, with the finale of a 5 miler round trip with an elevation gain of 1327 ft.
Haven't been to Hawaii due to COVID-19, thats where I usually go for Memorial weekend.
That's my hiking buddy/bestie, who also did 64 miles this month for me 😊
Have a Dexa bone scan on June 1st and hopefully no bone density issues.

64 miles easier when downhill....I reach top 2500 m with lift then run down...Do not get entangled with Chinese 100 milers in snow...a sad story

Awesome mileage Randy, you two are looking good. Good luck on your dexa scan. Let us know how it goes. Had mine last week, have lost 11% bone density in two years since diagnosis, so need to srep up the calcium regimen.

Happy 64th Randy !!! You continue to inspire. My brother is in Maui this week. So much post Covid demand that rental cars are $400/day. Everything booked 100%. Hopefully it relaxes in time for your next visit. btw: He was turned back to Cali as they didnt accept his Walgreens Covid Negative test. Had to buy a last min roundtrip to San Fran. Take the new reqd Covid test and return next day. He lives in Detroit. What a cluster!! Hawaii travellers be forewarned. Added $1,500 to his trip cost.

I try to bike every day. I go to get the mail 6 days a week which is a 3.5 mile round trip with a little over a 1000 ft elevation gain and a few really steep slopes over 13 percent. i could never make it anymore without my e-assist bike. Hopefully the biking will be enough and i can forget about trying to find a place for my Bowflex which is in storage 
i hope to be able to do some longer rides when we go trailer camping.
