Help being matched to a clinical trial?

My husband and I have used the clinicaltrials.gov search. My question arose yesterday as a result of a friend’s experience where his oncologist told him he had a year to live , and it appeared he was on his own to find a trial.

I am wondering are there reputable companies or nonprofit organizations which patients can contact to assist in matching them to a trial . My Internet searching seems to find companies that help researchers find volunteers but they seem provider, not patient oriented. Are there companies or nonprofit organizations that offer this matching service for free or at a charge for patients?

Yes. Contact massivebio.com It's a company with a silly name, but a well earned reputation for helping men with prostate cancer, and other cancer types match into trials. Mention Malecare and ask to speak with either Stephanie Tran or Selin Kurmaz.
