Some say we are what we eat. More and more, it seems that we are what our gut bacteria are, and that THEY are what we eat... combined with the influence of everything else our bodies are exposed to (sun, sleep, exercise, toxins, viruses, disease, etc.) A whole ecosystem of epigenetics!
