The study you have referred is about Breast Cancer and not PCa. One major difference in dietary change in Prostate Cancer is that PCa does not utilize Glucose as fuel till the last terminal stage. It utilizes fatty acids and some amino acids. I will be careful using this study's dietary recommendation for men with prostate cancer. Vegetables and fruits providing organic sulfur compounds, resveratrol, lycopene, potassium etc are needed in prostate cancer men and are helpful.
