Does anyone have a recommendation for a time to date Xtandi and whether it is better to take Xtandi with or without food? Also, anyone having trouble with side effects. Thank you!

Xtandi Time of Day / With or Without Food
I don't think time of day really matters. I use to take mine after dinner.
Hello, Xtandi (enzalutamide) does cause fatigue and drowsiness. I take it at bedtime to lessen effects. Hope that helps!
Sounds good...I mentioned this to my husband to try.
I agree with Ryder. I get drowsy about an hour or hour and a half after taking. Might as well be asleep already. I also have fatigue. But I also take Lupron and a couple of other meds. So who is to blame. Xtandi has done me well for 3 and a half years. Your mileage may vary.
I take mine before bed. Always wondered whether that's the best time too but it seems to address the fatigue aspect. Apparently the drug is at its most active in your bloodstream about six hours after you've taken it. An hour before bed is probably better but for one reason or another I rarely seem to manage that.
I’ve been on Xtandi now for 4 years , I tried morning but it didn’t work for me so I switched to the evening meal so that I could sleep through the belly ache and such. Works for me, be careful with your pain pills, Xtandi does not like a lot of them. 🙏🙏🙏
I have been on Xtandi for almost 3 years. I initially tried to take it in the morning without regard to meals. Instant nausea after taking it. I have been taking it right after dinner and have no further stomach problem. The fatigue is real but so is my age (79) and my lack of testosterone for 11 years so I am unsure which contributes more to fatigue. A power nap helps me.
Ditto on taking dosage before bedtime so fatigue is more manageable during the day.
I take mine at night and have min. SE’s., so far. Praying it continues this way. I usually down them with organic cran-grape juice.
I take mine midday, all 4 capsules at once with a large glass of water. Empty stomach, relatively speaking!
