Has anyone ever been diagnosed with CNS vasculitis with prostate cancer that has spread to the cervical vertebrae?

Did you have SBRT to the cervical vertebral site that may have induced neural injury? NOt sure how the vasculitis would be managed. For radiation induced cervical or lumbar plexopathy, pentoxifillin and high dose Vitamin E have been shown to be helpful in long term.
