Results of 18F show a max SUV of 8.1 in a 1.7 cm area of soft tissue along the seminal vesicles. Everything else 'clean'. Images on their way to me. Guess this is where the PSA is coming from and it has recently become ADT resistant with rise of 0.3/4 months. Suspect RT or brachy will be recommended. Been there, done that. Certainly a new RO. Maybe some new fangled treatment out there? Suggestions? Feeling that if this is localized may be a final chance to kill the GD disease. Always optimistic. Comments on that?

You can have brachytherapy as salvage radiation for that. I got SBRT radiation to remove the recurrence in a seminal vesicle.
The only kind of brachytherapy you can use on the seminal vesicles is HDR brachytherapy. The world expert, Alvaro Martinez, is in Detroit. You may want to talk to him.
I was t3b+SV and did HDR-BT with Dr Chang/UCLA with good results, per my profile. Both SV's were treated along with the prostate.
Thank you for response
