Started reading the article but I found the following weird where it says: "Dr. Agarwal: Until very recently, we did not have any useful or efficacious treatment options, systemic therapy options, for patients who have non-metastatic castrate-resistant prostate cancer. In these patients, the only, the most commonly used approach was to wait for onset of metastases, and then start them on treatment with novel hormonal therapy."

Almost sounds like he says he you are not metastatic and your cancer is castration resistant, people don't get treated and just wait. That doesn't sounds right, no?
