This maybe what I need but not after reading these requirements. Do I really want to travel during Coronavirus pandemic? Not so sure.

It was interesting reading this today.

Depends on the treatments.Chemo or Radiation treatments probably not a good idea.

ADT treatment, IMO it's okay to vacation.

Other PCA treatments I have no idea but I'm sure there are some that could chim in.

Vacation yep I am all in. We are planning a rather expensive 15 day cruise to the Mediterranean in November. I have also treated my trips to MD Anderson and Duke for treatments as a vacation opportunity looking for local restaurants, museums, zoos etc. Treatment can be difficult you need to relax bit and enjoy yourself. We would drive from NC to Houston and stay in New Orleans. Good luck and happy adventuring!

Yep i should include relaxation into my 3 month ADT/ chemo / lab, scan trips. But that’s only down to Indianapolis IN downtown. Lets see the Pacers, Colts(nope), zoo, Indy 500. I love to exercise in new different fitness places.

But that’s not relaxation or is it.

Take a walk through the art museum. Grab lunch at Shapiro's Deli. Win win.

Well I think life is too precious not to be lived fully. There is no time to waste. So if you can go and do while also keeping safe then Go!I am currently getting immunized (1st dose Moderna 5 days ago). But even through last Summer wife and I went on 6 RV and motorcycle trips throughout the Northwet. In April going through Death Valley and Arizona ( though Indian reservations closed). Back to our Baja Mexico beach spot as soon as immunization is done. Be safe but live to the max.

Sounds like you got vacationing down to an art. Which immunization are you speaking about? Covid-19 or vaccine you need for Mexico?

COVID-19. No special shots needed for Mexico

Oh, and training and planning to hike the full John Muir Trail in July with my wife. Do whatever you can do and brings you joy and satisfaction.

Lupron shot "expired" 3 months ago. 1 month firmagon then a 6 month lupron shot. What an ordeal. Recovery is sooo sloooo. Ultra-sensitive blood test this morning at Lab Corps. Crossed fingers and eyes. A prayer to my maker for an extended warranty on this 70 year old. Oh yes, I like my T extra strong. I felt an oat yesterday. Just a thought. Hope to God it lasts. Lord hear my prayer. Lord hear our prayers.

Said it beautifully ck722. Warranty on our 70 yo bodies or in my case, 68.75 yr old body.Never thought about a 6 month(180 day) Lupron/Eligard injection. That must be a large hypo-dermic needle. Excellent attitude you have, wish I had the same. Think my prednisone 5mg twice daily is blowing my energy levels skyward.

I need an attitude adjustment I think they call it.

I took a vacation to Europe between rounds 5 and 6 of taxotere chemotherapy. I wouldn’t leave the USA now until I get the COVID-19 vaccine. No harm seeing more of this great country of ours, with proper precautions.
