B-17 has been around for a long time. Does it have a place to take today for prostate cancer supplementation?

Laetrile B-17
I have tried them because why not and found neither a benefit nor a detriment from eating them. At first I tried with just 4-5 per day than upped to the recommended 7 per day because they said it was dangerous if higher. But I did not feel any different at 5, 7 or 20. Unless the amazon stuff is watered down. This is what I was using: amazon.ca/gp/product/B01LW2...
Amazon said dosage to be one seed per ten pounds of body weight. ?
Actually..Apricot seeds do have a cyanide type substance in a very very low dose...It is called..AMYGDALIN. This susbstance is supposed block PI3 AKT pathway causing death of cancer cells. The lethal dose of Amygdalin is 450 mg (LD50) per kg . So consuming a lot of Apricot seeds can cause harm to normal cells besides cancer cells.
The safe dose reported is up to a maximum 15 seeds a day for an average 150 lb weight person.
Traditional Chinese medicine does use Amygdalin derived from some seeds in their cancer supplements.
There is need for more research about its benefits and risks,
Be careful about this idea/hope of using it for advanced PCa. Folks I know that have used it discovered/had no positive results what so ever and it was not worth the risk (they told me). Yes, they survived to have an opinion and only loss their money. Get it out of your head. The seeds are a joke and a rip off.
You can buy the pure stuff (I sure as heck not advocating it) and learn more about the dangers/warnings at: bionewgenics.com/index.php?...
The B17 IVs is one thing that MIGHT have worked or not, but eating the stuff is an unreasonable risk. Stay safe!

It is not a vitamin. The promotion of laetrile to treat cancer has been described in the medical literature as a canonical example of quackery, and as "the slickest, most sophisticated, and certainly the most remunerative cancer quack promotion in medical history".
I've never taken, although whenever i eat peaches or apricots i eat the seed kernels. Controversial but I've never heard of anyone actually experiencing adverse effects. Laetrile's heyday was the 1970s but it's still around, still being used.
Isn't that what Steve McQueen tried? If I remember correctly it contributed to his death.
I've heard than B-25 is better and B-29 is even better.
B-52 is the bomb. 😁
B-17 FLYING FORTRESS......
