I was diagnosed in Jan 2018 with stage 4 prostate cancer. Still kicking. I’ve been on Xtandi for about 6-months. I take all 4 “footballs” between 2 and 3:pm each day. I have experienced most of the side effects as those posted on the label and info, tired most of the time, hot flashes (also taking Lupron), dizzy sometimes, etc. My Docs say it is working, cancer continues to be stalled. So I accept the side effects while the biggest help I have found during all of these times is to stay very busy doing something I enjoy. I never think about my situation, I don’t talk about it (except to support people and Docs). We all have double immune systems, one is chemical, and one is psychological. I stay positive 99% of the time, and try not to let the disease ever catch up or interfere with my positive attitude, just like none of us would ever allow a barking dog to catch up with our legs. If it does, kick the hell out of the barking with its favorite food, then love it. Laugh and play with him/her. Then get back to doing what you enjoy. Good luck.

Great message. Regarding Xtandi, you may want to take it a little later in the day perhaps it will help with some of the daytime fatigue. I take it around 8 pm. I’ve tried taking it at different times, when I took it earlier it really kicked my butt.
